Exterior Showcase

This striking refresh of the exterior of this property in Newtownards greatly increases its curb appeal. The wood paneling was removed and replaced. Wood preserver was then applied before a primer/ undercoat. The masonry was then prepared by raking out cracks and filling any imperfections. This was then sanded in to match the existing texture of the wall before being spot-primed. Before the masonry paint was applied, the windows were covered with plastic sheeting to protect them from any paint mist from the roller. Two coats of Johnstones Stormshield masonry paint were applied to the masonry. The wood paneling was then finished with two oil-based topcoats to provide long-lasting protection.
